These guys did everything right.  They packed and moved my entire 2-bedroom apartment (I did zero packing myself- they did it all) in less than a day, were careful  with all my stuff and were respectful of the new place I moved into.  Couldn't be happier.  I would recommend getting your own boxes rather than using theirs though because they get expensive, even though the hourly rate is the cheapest around.  Thanks Dmitri, Vadim, Egor, and Andrew!
