The Country gate and street permits

The Country Estates is a 24-hour guard-gated community on roughly 1,600 acres of hillside, with private interior roads behind the gatehouse. Getting a moving truck and crew in means clearing entry at the guard gate ahead of time, and arranging that with the homeowners association is yours to handle, not ours. We don't credential the crew or book the gate for you, but once you've set the clearance, we coordinate our arrival and our vehicle details to match what the gatehouse expects. Out on the public streets, most Diamond Bar moves don't need a permit, but on a tight hillside block or where the truck has to sit for hours, a reserved curb space can save a long carry. Surface traffic concentrates on Grand Avenue toward Chino Hills and the SR-71, and on Diamond Bar Boulevard and Golden Springs Drive at the ramps and school zones. The double drive time on the leg between your pickup and drop-off is written into the quote before move day, so the freeway mess doesn't turn into a surprise on the clock.
