Scheduling my move with Adept was both efficient and pleasant. Where most businesses avoid their customers and never answer the phone, I was quickly greeted by a pleasant human being when I called to schedule my move. I had to reschedule a couple of times and they were patient with me on that. My experience got better and better. The movers arrived on time and were very professional. I lived on the second floor so they secured almost everything on a dolly and eased it down the stairs as opposed to banging around and bouncing my stuff off walls which I've experienced before...
