First off, I NEVER review ANYTHING so that shows how great of an impression this company has left on me.I was absolutely desperate to get 3 very heavy boxes moved from my garage upstairs to my room and needed to find last minute help and have them moved by Mother's Day the LATEST (it was a 2 day window).I reached out to at least 20 companies and Adept got back to me within half an hour. The response time was so fast that I thought it was an automated message but no, it was an actual employee. I was sending messages back and fourth to an employee named Dimitri and he was incredibly helpful. He called me and gave me an incredibly low price estimate for the task I needed done. It was actually the lowest price out of every company I heard from.They were able to send two workers, Serg and Slavik. First off, they took their time to come on Mother's Day! That alone meant a lot to me. Second off, they were able to come EARLIER than the allotted time. Next, they were able to move all the boxes in about 10 minutes flat. They were even able to help with some additional chores too. Both of them were very sweet and pleasant people. Definitely star employees.I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of moving or heavy lifting anything. Once again, I never review anything but this company has impressed me so much given that they were able to save me so last minute, had AMAZING customer service, and were able to get the job done so quickly. I can't thank them enough. If you're having doubts, CALL THEM!

I had a medium size move with a number of bulky and heavy large items, mostly furniture. I got many quotes and Adept Moving easily beat them all. Andrey and Sergey were great and handled everything with care. They showed up on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort they exerted wrapping all of my furniture--very professional. These guys really know what they are doing. Andrey was a master at maneuvering the truck in and out of some really tight spaces too, which made unloading go more quickly. I've used large moving companies such as Mayflower in the past, and I would say with confidence that Adept Moving was just as good (if not better) and much more affordable. They were very up-front about pricing, both on the phone and in-person. Honesty, integrity, professionalism, timeliness, affordability and care...all the things you'd look for in a moving company. I also really like the flexibility to pay cash (with an hourly discount) or credit. I highly recommend these guys and would use them again without hesitation.

Kirill And Ivan just finished moving my apartment and I can not believe the service I received. The company was recommended by a friend and these guys are the hardest working team I've ever met. I am relieved to have had their help, and will be calling for all of my future moves.

Max and Vitoliy were outstanding on our move. They were on time, professional, super efficient and extra patient with my husband who was not on schedule with the packing. Nonetheless, they worked around my still packing husband. Upon arrival at our new home, Max and Vitoliy unloaded everything, made sure that furniture placement was accurate and that appropriate boxes made to the correct rooms. I am so appreciative of them for making this move smooth and for ensuring that all our items made it unscathed.
