I've already recommended Adept Moving Company to friends. Vitalik and Alex were exceptional. They arrived right on time, but I was running late so they didn't start the clock until I arrived. I simply gave them the keys to my storage unit and went to run some errands and met them at my place. They even took pictures of my storage unit once it was completely empty. At first I was skeptical about the method of using shrink wrap to move everything, but it seemed to make the move much faster, and it protected all of my belongings. I was also uncertain about the three hour minimum required when hiring these guys, but they busted their butts to get everything out of my unit and make the drive a couple miles away to unload everything in my apartment and even build my bed in just under three hours. Did I mention my unit doesn't have an elevator? That didn't slow them down either! I didn't have to lift a finger, even though I offered to help. When I needed help unloading a table from my personal vehicle, they helped unload everything in the car, even the groceries. I will never move my own things again--these guys did it in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to unload my storage unit and move into my new place had I coerced a friend to help!
This was the best move experience I have ever had! The office was super responsive and helpful coordinating and Vitalik and Alex were very friendly and efficient. They totally exceeded my expectations! They arrived on time and worked quickly and completely alleviated all my moving day stress. I definitely recommend Adept Moving Co! Oh and this company only charges for double drive time after driving beyond 15 miles. Most other companies charge for double drive time after 5 miles! This makes for a big savings! These guys are great: professional, on-time, fast, efficient, and great attitude. Hired them to move my stuff into a one bedroom apartment: had two pick up spots and then dropped everything off at the new apartment. They showed up right on time, got everything moved in 3 hours flat with 2 guys (I didn't have a ton of stuff and I packed everything ahead of time to save time). They wrapped all the furniture to prevent damage. They even helped me dis-assemble & re-assemble a bed frame that I had trouble taking apart. Anyhow, would definitely hire them again. Highly recommended.
Konstantin and Vadim moved my 1 bedroom apartment from Hollywood to Glendale today and I couldn't be happier! This is my second time using Adept, and I'll definitely use them again next time I move. They're always on time, quick, and gentle with boxes and furniture. I highly recommend Adept!
These guys are AMAZING!!! They did all the work so I didn't have to, they were friendly and right on time! Moved everything I needed and then some! I would most defiantly recommend them to family and friends and anyone that need their things moved! Konstantin and Yaroslav are amazing hard workers, very pleasant and professional! Would love to have them move me again in the future!!
The toughest part of moving from one apartment to another is the actual moving itself but thanks to Konstantin and Yaroslav from Adept Moving the move was simple, easy, and stress-free. They did a quick job and made sure to protect my belongings from water damage, seeing as it rained the day of my move, and made sure to keep everything clean and dry when moving everything in to my new apartment. The entire time they were very professional and made it easy for me to relax knowing I was getting great service at an even better price. Thank you again to Konstantin and Yaroslav for helping with the move! I hope to use Adept again when I need to move! And I will be referring to friends!
I hired these guys pretty last minute they were available the next day for my move out and placing everything in storage. They were very prompt, professional, polite and fast. I highly recommend Adept Moving Company to anyone concerned weather the movers will handle their stuff with care Konstantin and Alex did just that. They wrapped every item in clear wrap organized all furniture in storage with thought of future add on's and left over space. I will definitely hire them again when needed.
Maksim and Vitaly were very professional and friendly. They were quick and efficient. After living in one place for 20 years they made this transition easy. I highly recommended them!
I would hire these guys in a heart beat.Konstantin and Yaroslav were extremely professional and hard working. I had been through a really rough couple of weeks and had never hired movers before. I called and liked the woman who had helped me on the phone and felt this was the company to try. I, in my ignorance, did not realize I had so much stuff to move I should've hired three guys.I even asked if they could find another last minute when Konstantin and Yaroslav showed up.Unfortunately, they were all booked, which had me feeling for these two guys. This day of all days had been pouring down rain on top of it all.I needed things wrapped and did not realize all it took to get everything moved without damaging it or it getting soaked by the rain. These guys were awesome! They kept a smile on their face and asked me in detail their questions. They then had to park their truck in the middle of the street out front of the apartment building because there was no way the truck was fitting down the driveway.Another thing I had not thought of but they both said to not worry and that they would handle it.To put the cherry on top they then had to walk up and down two flights of narrow stairs to get to my apartment. Again I had not thought about all of this.Not only was I surprised at how fast and professional they had moved everything.But they asked me specifically where I wanted things to go and cut the plastic wrapping off each piece that needed it. Again, I felt so bad about all the obstacles these two men had to face and again they made me feel like it was not a problem.It was all handled efficiently, fast considering all the stuff that had to be moved (wrapping it all, then moving in the pouring rain, then up and down two flights of stairs, while having to take each piece out and be careful of their safety with cars driving since they had no other choice but to park it in the middle of the street) and being so nice.I felt that I was being looked out for because my stuff they were moving was in great hands, literally.They were a godsend and I literally teared up thanking them because if they only knew the weeks I had leading up to this move.These men brought back hope for humanity. And at the end when all was said and done and it came to signing the paperwork and paying for it.I had thought I would be paying more than I actually did. In the past with things like carpet cleaning the price would be raised astronomically due to 'bs' reasons knowing there would be nothing I could say about it after the fact. This company has integrity and I felt what I paid was well worth it.Especially in a job like this where it's kindv'e tough to gage just how much the bill might be.I hope these men are compensated well because they damn well deserve it.I can't say enough and leaving a yelp review doesn't feel like it's enough to let them and the company know how truly grateful I am.They went above and beyond.Here are some photos I took of their hard work and their smiles in the pouring down rain no lessGod Bless them and their families.
