First off, I NEVER review ANYTHING so that shows how great of an impression this company has left on me.I was absolutely desperate to get 3 very heavy boxes moved from my garage upstairs to my room and needed to find last minute help and have them moved by Mother's Day the LATEST (it was a 2 day window).I reached out to at least 20 companies and Adept got back to me within half an hour. The response time was so fast that I thought it was an automated message but no, it was an actual employee. I was sending messages back and fourth to an employee named Dimitri and he was incredibly helpful. He called me and gave me an incredibly low price estimate for the task I needed done. It was actually the lowest price out of every company I heard from.They were able to send two workers, Serg and Slavik. First off, they took their time to come on Mother's Day! That alone meant a lot to me. Second off, they were able to come EARLIER than the allotted time. Next, they were able to move all the boxes in about 10 minutes flat. They were even able to help with some additional chores too. Both of them were very sweet and pleasant people. Definitely star employees.I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of moving or heavy lifting anything. Once again, I never review anything but this company has impressed me so much given that they were able to save me so last minute, had AMAZING customer service, and were able to get the job done so quickly. I can't thank them enough. If you're having doubts, CALL THEM!
Andrey and the guys were great! They were extremely professional and capable of moving a lot of things up some very tight and winding stairs. Would recommend!
These guys worked quickly and efficiently. All my furniture was moved with care and no damages. They were experts in moving some big furniture around some tight corners without issue. Everything was carefully wrapped and covered to protect during transit. If anyone is looking to move I'd highly recommend Adept! Thank you!

Hello everybody! I want to share how was my move First thing i want to say thank you very much Andrey and Sergey! The best movers in my life Last week i moved to Hollywood from Sherman Oaks. Just finished unpacking my stuff! It was not at all easy! Because my apartment on the third floor, totally full, I have a lot of stuff) building does not have an elevator!!! It's a big deal!!! I am pleasantly surprised that all my things are safe!!! I moved many times and each time there were many problems!!! These guys are wonderful and highly professional! They arrived exactly at the appointed time! Were very friendly and positive. Very carefully packed all my furniture! For all my clothes they have been prepared special boxes! That I was pleasantly surprised) and most importantly it is not a high price! I'm very happy to be in a new place! Amazing job!!! Thank you guys!!! Thank you Adept!!!
Max and Vitoliy were outstanding on our move. They were on time, professional, super efficient and extra patient with my husband who was not on schedule with the packing. Nonetheless, they worked around my still packing husband. Upon arrival at our new home, Max and Vitoliy unloaded everything, made sure that furniture placement was accurate and that appropriate boxes made to the correct rooms. I am so appreciative of them for making this move smooth and for ensuring that all our items made it unscathed.
I used adept movers yesterday to move into my apartment. Serg was were very helpful in handling my furniture and delicate items. They respected my items as if they were theirs and moved all my furniture into my apartment in a timely manner. They even went above and beyond what I paid by helping me move my furniture in the correct areas (I am very picky and they were fantasti).
