For full disclosure, the timing of my move was a bit late (and they gave me a discount to make up for it), but once they arrived, everything went smoothly! Incredibly helpful, quick and efficient. We were super happy with how everything went. I've moved a lot over the years and this was by far the easiest one. Andrey and Vadim were professional and got our move done quickly and without any hassle. They kept us updated, calling the day before and the day of. The price is great and the quality is amazing. We called just a few days before our move and they were able to accommodate everything we needed. Our move went seamlessly. Would recommend them to friends in the future. They are great!
My decision of choosing this company based on a recommendation from my friend who has recently moved and I'm so happy I found your business on YELP. I called the company, the gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and even suggested me the way how to make my moving process cheaper instead of charging me more. This company is awesome! All I can say is WOW! MAX's team did a great job, they are the best. Max with two another movers came on time (punctual workers) and were totally polite and friendly. He clearly explained me a price and how many time it would take. They came prepared with everything, it was obvious that Max and the rest of the team were experienced. These guys worked professionally with some pretty heavy furniture and boxes, they had to walk walk up and down a bunch of stairs. Very nice and trustworthy guys who handled some very heavy furniture with ease. Max didn't refused any difficult tasks and special requests I asked of them. I had them stop at three different places - to take some stuff for donation to GoodWill, some parts of my old furniture to Storage. The truck was was heavy duty, large and fast. The most importantly - they were quick, efficient and take care of wrapping and packing everything so it was protected. They wrapped all of my 2 bedrooms and living room up with such care. Nothing were damaged, scratched or broken. Max's team even didn't ask to make smoke break, they didn't stop and kept moving. By the way, it was my 4th move in 5 years, and first in California. I have never felt myself so glad of moving process. I have to say these are the best movers I have ever used. They really did an amazing job. The customer service was impeccable, the price beat every other company I quoted and finally and mainly - The service was on a highest level.I'm really happy with their services, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable, professional and efficient movers! Their reputation is one of the best in Los Angeles. Their rates are the best too. No wonder you have 5 stars. Thank you again for moving us into our new home!!! Amazing value and service. Levan, Vadim, and Rustam worked SO hard, and they were so courteous. This is our second time moving with them and we couldn't be happier. They did a great job taking care of all our fragile furniture, and were awesome dealing with our recently cleaned carpet that was still wet- oops! Would highly recommend!
