A friend had recommended my boyfriend and I to use Adept to move and it was a great choice. We were so glad we had Dmitri and Rustam for 8 hours. They used time very efficiently, handled our stuff with care, and were very professional. We had a lot of things we had to pack and move, and nothing was broken along the way. We were also way under our moving budget, which is always great. I would definitely use Adept again and request Dmitri and Rustam on our next move!
Vitya and Vitalik were very helpful and prompt with the move. They double checked everything, and made sure it was all packed securely. Plus they were very fast! I would highly recommend them for your move!
I used Adept Moving company this weekend and was really pleased with the experience. First a note on rates: Adept's rates were lower than other well-ranked movers on Yelp in LA, so I was a little worried that I would be upcharged for things I was not aware of, or that service might not be good. But actually the rates were quoted were exactly what I paid with no hidden nonsense. Note that the $59/hr rate shown on the thumbnail photo is just for two movers, and depending on the size of your mover you will need more (we had 3 movers), and that was fine because all of this was quoted up front. So the ethics of the company are solid. Secondly, although they gave me a 1 hr arrival window - they arrived 20 minutes early (which I prefer than being late!) and got to work right away. I was impressed with the strength and speed of the crew and they wrapped and prepped things really well - and left no damage to walls either at the 'from ' address or the 'to' address. They guys were all business and didnt stop until the job was done about 8 hours later. We even offered them lunch - but they declined and keep cranking! I would use these guys again in a heartbeat and think they are amazing. One thing I do recommend is a) our move was smooth because we packed almost everything ourselves - though I am sure they would have done a good job on this as well), b) we had lots of plastic wrap we had bought ourselves from U-line (uline.com). Adept has a charge to use their own wrap - so if you dont buy lots of it - you will want to understand their fee structure for this - we went through a lot of it - but everything was well-protected as a result. Anyway -they did everything they said they would, were professional, confirmed and communicated in a timely manner and were responsive via phone and email . Great stuff and thanks!
Today I used Adept movers. They unloaded my POD very fast. Because it was under the 3hr minimum, they started to unpack my kitchen. My movers were: Vitya, Vitalile and Vitalile. I would highly recommend these guys to any friend or family member. Thank you Adept Moving! Chris

Wow! Dimbas and Egor just finished packing up my UHAUL in Los Angeles and all I can say is thank you! They were fast, professional and friendly! I called a few other moving companies to get pricing and this company fit me into their schedule quickly and by far had the best rates! One fanatic moving company. Customer service was excellent from the get-go. They gave me a quote an hour after I requested one on their website. They were even able to bump up my move time the day before to better fit my schedule. On the day of the move, Anatoly and Vadim showed up right on time and quickly packed up the apartment. They took special care of all shelving and spare parts to the furniture. The unloading was also quick and efficient. We live in a building with a lot of stairs, and these guys didn't hesitate to get the truck unloaded as fast as possible. I'd recommend Adept to anyone doing a local move in LA.
Adept Moving is one of my favorite moving companies. We have used them several times for moves and we have referred them to our family for their moves. We have never been disappointed with their exceptional service. For our most recent move on June 7, 2016 we had the pleasure of having Vlad and Sasha move us. Needless to say they awed me with their precision, care and speed. They had to climb many stairs countless times all the while carrying heavy loads. They were careful and obliging, making sure items were safe and put in the proper rooms. They were delightful and engaging with their joyful personalities and sense of humor. All items that needed protection were wrapped in plastic. Any large item that was disassembled for the move was reassembled correctly. They were extremely adept at moving large items through narrow doorways. Vlad and Sasha were on time, took hardly a breather and finished the entire job in a reasonable amount of time. This move was physically challenging because of the stairs and they handled the challenges professionally and with great endurance. Vlad and Sasha went above and beyond to assist our moving needs. They even came back up the stairs one more time after the move was over because we called to them before their truck took off to see if we could have them move the position of a large wood dining table. We changed our mind about the position of the table and they were kind enough to trudge back up those steep stairs to assist us. I would recommend Adept Moving and movers Vlad and Sasha to anyone. This was the most seamless, straightforward moving experience I've ever had - from start to finish. It was easy to book and confirm. Vitya and Vitalik were our movers. They were punctual, organized, patient, and extremely kind. Also very generous of their time - helped my new neighbor with moving a heavy table after they had finished moving me in. There was no confusion, no dings or breaks - they made the move stress-free and simple.
