Just used their service and I am one satisfied customer. They were very professional calling the day before to confirm the appointment, showing up on time and having the right equipment for moving heavy equipment.
They say it is better late than never. And this is the situation my case. We moved from a upstairs two-bedroom apartment of many years to our first house 60 miles away from Inglewood to Rialto. After a lot of quotes from several companies, and reading many reviews I settled upon Adept Moving. They the most reasonably priced and upfront quote. Every point of contact was very professional. Our move day was January 6 and if you look at the weather it was the only day of heavy rain all day long. Alex, Levan and Egor pulled the truck up a few minutes early (8 a.m. was the appointed time), paperwork was done, and they proceeded to load up the truck. Alex's crew did not stop, until we hit the road to Rialto. They assisted in last minute packing, made a pick up of a bed in storage (not scheduled), drove 60 miles one way in hard rain, and moved us into our three bedroom house in good time. They left around 7 p.m. that night and had 60 miles to go back home. They were efficient, cheerful, polite...really nice guys. They took a 30 -minute break before leaving Los Angeles for food. It was well deserved. They called to let me know and then called again when it was over. That is professionalism. They were professional, efficient, had a great attitude! I would recommend them to anyone who needs to hire a moving company. Should it ever happen again, I would call Adept Moving and look for Alex's crew. if I was to move once again! I was very pleased with their performance.
Vitya and lef did an amazing job for us today! We moved from a one bedroom in Westwood area to Irvine. They came on time, were respectful and did their job perfectly! No complaints and a pure pleasure to have them do our move!! Adept is a true gem.
Vlad and his team did a great job moving my office in Downtown LA. They were polite and professional. I didn't get any surprise "charges" which is always a good thing. I would use them again
Used Adept Movers over the weekend and they were 1. Professional 2. On-time 3. Extremely careful with my furniture and 4. Friendly. The pricing is reasonable however I recommend wrapping your own furniture and bagging all your pillows because they also charge for that. Thanks guys.
My move was easy, pleasant and done with a great sense of humor. Prices are reasonable and the guys were fast and accommodating. My biggest thanks to Vlad and his partner, sorry do not remember his name. Highly recommend the Adept moving as a very professional and very well organized moving company.
This was my first experience with movers, as I have always moved myself but just didn't have the energy this time around. These guys were great! Ask for Vitya and Lee, they were super professional, pleasant, fast and efficient. They came in, paid attention to all my special requests, packed everything well, drove to my new place and moved everything and even put my bed back together for me all in under 2 1/2 hrs! I'm hoping to not move again for a good long while, but if I do I will definitely be calling adept again and ask for them specifically!
Andrey, Levan, and Dima were excellent! I've moved every year since 2009, and I have to say they are the best company. Price was very reasonable, included clothing boxes, blankets, and plastic wrap. They used the tape I had for any of their needs instead of charging me for theirs like some companies do. The most important part is the care they took with my furniture and other items. Nothing was damaged, which I was very surprised considering the amount of stairs my apartment had, usually something is dropped. The next time I move they will definitely be getting a call from me!
Got moved today and it was a very, very smooth transition. Our new apartment is in the back of a complex, a few minute walk each way. These guys HUSTLED to get my furniture in. There was absolutely no damage to any of the pieces and it made the day go much smoother. Not to mention, it was a fantastic value. Thank you Sasha, Dimitry and Vadim!! I will certainly be using Adept in the future.
