Called Wednesday afternoon and was able to get 2 movers and a truck for Thursday morning. Andrey and Levan were professional, friendly, informative, helpful, on time, honest, and fast yet careful throughout the entire move. They had to move my 1 bedroom apartment filled with large furniture down 4 flights of stairs, and made sure to use pads and shrink wrap to ensure everything was well protected. Upon arrival at my new apartment Adrey and Levan made sure to lay pads down in order to protect the brand new carpet. Everything was unloaded and handled with care and ease. I couldn't have asked for better service from start to finish. Best moving experience I have ever had from a company. Andrey and Levan came completely prepared. Their additional supplies costs a little extra (wardrobe boxes used for clothing, shrink wrap, furniture pads), but having my furniture arrive in the exact condition it was in before the move made it well worth it! All in all, it was a great experience. Not to mention on the cheaper side, honestly a really great price. I would absolutely use this place again. Totally worth the headache of moving everything myself and having to rent a truck. Pay with cash to save! Thank you for being so great Andrey and Levan!! The whole operation was very personal like a mom and pop shop but in a really good way, like extra care was taken. Definitely highly recommend.
Wouldn't have been able to do this without the help of Audrey and Levan. The made my moving my experience the best ever! I would surely refer them to anyone. All my belongings came back to me in one piece. Nothing was broken! Audrey took the time to fix my broken chair for free!! That was awesome!! I totally appreciate it. Alright i think this guys were super careful with my stuff they showed up on time and they're very friendly!! Nick and Rustan were always smiling when doing there job! They rapped all my furniture like if that was theirs.. I highly recommend this movers because they are efficient, trust worthy and friendly. I have never try to get any movers to do what I needed to do my self, but that was a big mistake they do 3/4 of the kl job when I do 1/4 it has really helped me to really enjoy just being helped and making this move a peaceful experience.
My wife and I had a great experience with Adept Moving and Storage. We moved from a one bedroom in West Hollywood to a two bedroom in Studio City. We went with three movers, and got Andrey, Vadim, and Oto. They arrived right on time (we had a window of 8 - 9am, and they arrived just after eight). They sized up the move really well, and they took great care in padding and wrapping everything carefully. One more than one occasion there was an item that was a really tight fit in a doorframe, and rather than force it through or risk damage to items or walls, they were extremely careful to ensure that everything was moved safely. We ended up with zero dings or scratches on anything, and every single item accounted for, down to the last screw to put the bedframe back together. On top of the job itself, all three guys were extremely nice, easy to deal with, and helpful. They were still in good spirits after 10 hours of moving, which is more than I could say for myself! I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience, and I recommend this company without a moment's hesitation!
Adept Moving is fantastic--Andrey and Vadim came right on time first thing in the morning and were go-go-go all day till every last thing was unloaded. They put amazing care and precision into packing, wrapping, loading, and unloading...it was like the energizer bunnies showed up at our door. They executed all the nuanced instructions we gave them, big and small, and were so respectful of our belongings, preferences, and time. All of our stuff made it to the new place totally unscathed and in perfect condition. Also the packing materials Adept provided were a great deal, so that was an added boon. Such nice guys and so thorough and efficient! Gotta give em 6 out of 5 stars. We'll look to Adept for our next move for sure. They made the whole move so smooth--we highly, highly recommend them!
Very fast and friendly! We had several pieces of furniture that we needed moved from our in-laws' to our apartment, and they showed up right no time and finished the work as fast as I think is possible. We only needed two movers, and they moved a large couch and heavy dresser with ease and care. I would definitely use them again!
Andrey and Vadim were incredibly prompt, courteous, careful, and excellent movers. My things were packed perfectly and delivered in pristine conditions, very quickly. First of all, I hate writing reviews,but in this case I have to because if there's something I hate more than what I am doing right now that thing is moving. That being said I have to thank Andrey and Levan for making the process painless for me. I looked around a lot for moving companies and decided to go with Adept because they were very solicit from the begining while talking to me over the phone. The guys not just got there at my old place on time, but 30 min earlier which was a bless. Andrey was very careful while handling my stuff. He wrapped every single piece of furniture with care, and since I've already finished unpacking everything I can say that absolutely nothing was damaged or broken,so 10 stars for that. Even those little pins for the furniture shelves he took off and place them in plastic bags so we didn't lose them. Also, they were very fast - not like in most reviews where I read that lots of movers take their " sweet time" to get things done while the clock is ticking for our pockets. They finished the work in 3hs and 15 min - I had a loooooooot lot of stuff - and these last 15min were attributed to their GPS malfunction which he ended up deducting from the final price. So, to tell the tale short you can trust ADEPT with your moving. I wouldn't recommend anybody else. And if you can ask for those two guys I mentioned,they're both great and you couldn't be in better hands.
