First of all, I hate writing reviews,but in this case I have to because if there's something I hate more than what I am doing right now that thing is moving. That being said I have to thank Andrey and Levan for making the process painless for me. I looked around a lot for moving companies and decided to go with Adept because they were very solicit from the begining while talking to me over the phone. The guys not just got there at my old place on time, but 30 min earlier which was a bless. Andrey was very careful while handling my stuff. He wrapped every single piece of furniture with care, and since I've already finished unpacking everything I can say that absolutely nothing was damaged or broken,so 10 stars for that. Even those little pins for the furniture shelves he took off and place them in plastic bags so we didn't lose them. Also, they were very fast - not like in most reviews where I read that lots of movers take their " sweet time" to get things done while the clock is ticking for our pockets. They finished the work in 3hs and 15 min - I had a loooooooot lot of stuff - and these last 15min were attributed to their GPS malfunction which he ended up deducting from the final price. So, to tell the tale short you can trust ADEPT with your moving. I wouldn't recommend anybody else. And if you can ask for those two guys I mentioned,they're both great and you couldn't be in better hands.
These guys were total lifesavers. I had planned on moving out of my apartment by myself but the elevator in my building just happened to stop working on the same day and I was moving everything up and down 4 flights of stairs by myself. So, I called these guys hoping there was a chance they could possibly fit me in so last minute...and they came within an hour!! Audrey and Vadim were kind, pleasant and really went the extra mile with all of my stuff. They were even really sweet with my cat, which was a nice touch. It was amazing watching them work and seeing the care and passion they have for their job. I never would have been able to do this move without them. If you need movers, don't call anyone else. My husband and I recently used Adept Moving to move from a two bedroom apartment into our new house. I thought their moving prices were very good based I quotes we got from other moving companies, and it turns out their service was excellent as well. They were actually able to help us move on Thanksgiving day, and at no additional cost!! Ilia and Rustam were great guys and they did an excellent job! We were able to move everything in just over 4 hours! They wrapped our couches and tables, and took great care with all of our stuff. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Good prices, good service!
Few days days ago I used Adept Moving Comp. from Burbank to Sunland here in S.Cali. Which was not the first time, those great guys moved me and another family member several times. Ilia&Ivan were so prompt, did every thing on time, wonderful job. We were so impressed by their ability and hard work. I'll defiantly use this company any time I have a move and will always highly recommend. Thank you.
Just used this moving company today and they were amazing! Arrived on time, got the job done quickly, but took amazing care of my furniture. I have really have and expensive bedroom furniture and they made sure to wrap them nicely and securely. They have a nice moving truck to keep items safe. Definitely would use again. The movers were respectful and polite and efficient. Must use for LA.
Max and Sasha came to our single family home on a Sunday morning after Thanksgiving and helped us with moving some big pieces of furniture like a California King mattress and a huge dining room table. They were careful but quick during the wrapping and moving of our things like a glass display case. They even helped us with putting together a complicated wooden bed frame and our dining table! I would definitely recommend them for anyone who need a reliable and friendly team of movers. The price is also very affordable even for first time homeowners.
These guys were great! Showed up early and did an excellent job. Big props to Andrey, Vadim, and Oto for not damaging anything or scratching my new perfect floors. I was paranoid about my brand new floors moving into my house and these guys took the extra step putting floor protectors on everything and made sure all my furniture was scratch free. I don't plan on moving but will be recomending these guys to everyone I know who is moving soon. You don't need to search further, great rates, amazing service, and awesome, job! Rock on!!!
By far the best moving company we've used. They are flexible with dates/times, careful with your belongings and the team is really great at what they do. We've used them twice so far and were very pleased both times. llia, Rustam and Anatolie did a terrific job on the latest move. We will definitely use Adept the next time we need to move anything!
Great moving experience! I originally booked a moving time at 9am just after thanksgiving. But I had to move this to the afternoon, they were very flexible in changing the time to the afternoon. Right after we received our keys for the new place they called me to tell that they can meet me earlier as scheduled, however this meant that a truck with 3 guys would be available instead of the ordered 2 guys. So glad that we had 3 guys it still took them 5-5,5 hours to move. With a 2 guy truck.... We would probably still be moving. Overall great service and very professional. Would recommend these guys to anybody.
