Dmitri and his team were on time, fast and professional. They moved five offices into one garage in under 4 hours including drive time. Everything was wrapped, nothing was damaged and the cost was significantly less than their competitors .
During my research of looking for an across country moving company this one had the best reviews. Of course I was still nervous as I have heard horrible stories but from day one Adept Moving & Storage was amazing. My main point of contact was a guy named Andrey, he came out to the apartment to give a time frame and was very accurate with timing. We were moving about 50 boxes plus a bed and two desks etc... When Andrey and his helper showed up I was so stressed because I needed to still pack some things before they loaded up the truck. When they came inside they immediately started packing the last 5 boxes for me. All I had to do now was sit back and relax.the way they wrapped it was as if it was there own. They took such good care of all of our things it put me at great ease.in addition they did not kill time at all which was very important to me from beginning! DURING THE MOVE: after they loaded up all our stuff they gave us the drivers number so we could call them at any point. The driver also called us during that time to give us updates too. AFTER THE MOVE: they've unloaded all our stuff and as I'm opening the boxes nothing is broken! I had wine glasses packed and dishes, still nothing was broken. I would totally recommend this company to anyone, they were great. All I can tell about them is that they are reliable, fast and professional, Andrey is very honest/polite man and I save his company name for future move. Thank you guys you guys made it so easy for me to move.
If you want not good but great movers that are professional these are your guys. Andrew came in with his team and they did an amazing job! Nothing is broke fast and reliable!! Also whatever you need them to do they get the furniture in there without a nick or a spot. Plus most importantly they are nice !!!!!
Dmitriy, Sasha, and Valik are my heroes! They showed up right on time, and got straight to work! They quickly and efficiently loaded up all our stuff, taking great care to wrap the furniture so nothing would be damaged. Upon arrival at the new house they carefully put everything in its appropriate room, even moving my obnoxiously heavy entertainment center up the stairs. I won't hesitate to call Adept Moving the next time I relocate. They were friendly, helpful, and straightforward from the very first phone call! They would get 10 stars if I could give them!
I have moved 8 times over the past 5 years, I only wish I would've found Adept sooner! By far the most efficient and easy move I have ever done. I had Max, Sasha, and Vitya move my 2br apartment into my new house. They were very fast and took excellent care of all my belongings. I don't plan on moving anything soon but if I did I would use them again for sure!
I just want to thank Ilia , Ivan and Valentin from Adept Moving and Storage they showed up on time, they were friendly fast and very professional. They made a stressful situation much easier. The price was awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
These guys helped us move last year and we hired them again this year because of their good work. Andrew works really hard and gets the job done. Would really recommend to anyone moving long distance. Ask for Andrew for help!
