Discovered this company while driving in the city. Talk about serendipity. Just like that a moving company entered my life when I needed one. Making an appointment was quick and simple. A day prior to my move Artur called to confirm appointment. And just like that, one less headache to think about. On the day of our my move, Andrey and Taliy arrived on time a ready to go. They were careful and efficient. They came to do a job and boy did they. The move became stress-free due to their professionalism. Overall, this was one of my better moving experiences. Great rates and workers exhibiting all-around professionalism...what is not to like. I would definitely use Adept Moving again and recommend that you do the same.
Stanley and serge were great and very helpful! Took half of my 1 bedroom to storage and the other half to my new place.

Hired these guys for a relative's move and was quite skeptical since the prices were fantastic and no frills. Max showed up with a 2 man crew and absolutely killed it. They moved quickly and emptied 2 large public storage lockers and filled a 1700 sq foot apartment in less than 3 hours. The couch was too large for the elevator and stairs. Most other companies would try some rip-off scheme or leave the couch on the curb. These guys tied a rope on the couch and lifted it through the 3rd floor balcony...no extra charge. Amazing. Hire these guys and ignore Starving Students, Rock N Roll, etc. Ask for Max. RT
I had seen the trucks of ADEPT around my area for sometime and my move was pretty sudden as I got my new place sooner than I thought I would. So I called ADEPT and ARTURO answered the phone and he was very helpful and gave me a breakdown of all the costs and the figure that I would be looking at, IF my move was three hours or less. I did not have a confirmed date at that time and I was shopping around for the best price. Ultimately I came back to ADEPT when my move date was finalized as they were the only ones who had a professional attitude over the phone. I booked my date and they could accommodate me at short notice. What was even better I received a confirmation call the day before my move from TIM, who also let me know that the time frame the moving guys would be arriving. He also gave me options to move earlier in the day, if any scheduled AM appointments were cancelled and as I was already packed I agreed On the actual move day, the movers NICK and URA called me to let me know they would be there in 1 hour and as promised they were. What surprised me is how professional they were. Usually movers are grumpy and have attitude, but these guys were friendly and were getting the job done pronto. And also taking the utmost care to wrap my furniture in blankets, plastic wraps and placing my electrical equipment in boxes. They even suggested for me to take certain items in my car as it would be an extra cost if they took it in their truck. My biggest concern was that the company would take their time to extend over the agreed three hours, but no these guys moved at a very fast pace and most importantly were concerned and took care of my things When we got to my new place, they quickly unloaded all the furniture and even placed the furniture into the rooms that I wanted and positioned everything how I wanted it all arranged And what was even better they were done within 3 hours and 10 mins but only charged me for 3 hours. All the charges that were estimated to me is what my final bill was (you have to take a 3 hr minimum and also pay a flat rate for the use of the truck and gas) I was so happy that the move was stress free and extremely EASY that I went and tipped NICK and URA The whole company was very professional from the people at the office to the movers on the day. Truthfully speaking it is the movers on the day who you have contact with and they were just the best. When using ADEPT make sure you ask for NICK and URA ....they get the job done and also are so grateful for the gratuity I will only be using ADEPT for all my moving needs, because really all I have to do is just sit back and relax. Amazing company ...use NICK and URA for your move day...they are the BEST !!!
