Ryan and his team of 3 were everything you hope for in a moving crew. They texted me 10 minutes before arrival -- early, not late -- which honestly set the tone for the whole job. Ryan clearly explained the workflow, pricing, and break schedule before touching a single box. Wall-mounted TV, furniture assembly/disassembly -- done perfectly and cleanly. Not a scrap of trash left behind. Oh, and they said hi to my dog first. That tells you everything about these guys. 10/10.
They are amazing. I could not have been happier with my move. I called about five places for quotes. Adept was the most cost effective, but also the best customer relations. They called me back, yet were patient, but clearly motivated to book the job whereas I found myself chasing down the other company (some of whom were double the price). Then, the day of the movie I had ILIA, SERGE, and ALEX -- super kind, efficient, CAREFUL movers. They moved my items like they were their items...

Let's face it, whatever way you look at moving, it is a huge hassle. So, it's important to choose the right company so that this transition can be stress-free and seamless as possible. It was by luck that I stumbled upon Adept Moving. My boxes were packed all I needed was them moved, with a few large furniture pieces, a condensed wardrobe and some room accessories. Vladimir and Alex were the two from Adept that took care of the loading, the unloading and the transportation. Tina, at the office, was in charge of the logistics. I have to say they exceeded all of my expectations. Both Vladimir and Alex worked harmoniously with precision and accuracy...
Highly Recommend!! I've already recommended them to two friends. They were on time, very careful and really nice guys. They helped us move a lot of very heavy furniture and several huge outdoor potted plants that weighed hundreds of pounds each. They got them up a steep driveway and several stairs. They were careful not to damage anything. Thank you ALIA, Serge, Alex and Alik, you couldn't have been nicer!
