Leo & Alex were fantastic, they arrived on-the-dot at 8 am and were fast, meticulous and efficient movers. They made sure everything was protected and kept up the pace through the day -- even with the heat and the stairs and the long driveways. Scheduling my move with Adept was both efficient and pleasant. Where most businesses avoid their customers and never answer the phone, I was quickly greeted by a pleasant human being when I called to schedule my move. I had to reschedule a couple of times and they were patient with me on that. My experience got better and better. The movers arrived on time and were very professional. I lived on the second floor so they secured almost everything on a dolly and eased it down the stairs as opposed to banging around and bouncing my stuff off walls which I've experienced before...
