This was an excellent moving company! I was always greeted on the phone professionally and immediately. My customer service representative, Lina, did a wonderful job helping me prepare for my upcoming move and they even rescheduled my date easily and without confusion. The day of the move I had two very strong and smart Ukrainian men named Ruslan and Alexey. They were wonderful at keeping my stuff protected from nicks and scratches, especially through the hardest most awkward entry doorway. I couldn't believe their stamina! They kept a smile and good humor, even with all the stairs. I am very grateful to them for making this experience less stressful. I will recommend Adept Moving Company to all my neighbors who also have to move out of the building soon.
Adept is everything they say they are! The one concern I had was when I saw a charge for the plastic wrap they use to protect the furniture. That was the only thing I wasn't privy to, but they handled my concerns and we worked it out. High integrity and a great job!
I previously wrote a five-star review for Adept seven years ago that I seem to have overwritten instead of providing an updated review (d'oh). While I am woefully NOT adept at writing Yelp reviews... I'll summarize my previous review by saying I've used Adept movers for almost a decade now and will never use another moving company as long as I'm in the area! I first used Adept's services when moving out of my college apartment in 2014. Since then, I've used them at least four other times and am consistently amazed by their level of service and professionalism. Below is my review specific to my move today. UPDATE 11/18/23 - I once again cannot give Adept enough stars for their professionalism, expert service, and abilities! Adept are the only movers I'll ever use in the SoCal area - they are punctual, reliable, efficient, fairly-priced, and friendly every time I need to move. Dmitry and Kostya were my movers today and went above and beyond to make my move a total success!...
Great experience with adept moving. Ruslan, Vova and Yura did an amazing job of moving our furniture. They arrived on time, packaged all of our furniture with shrink wrap and moving towels. All the furniture was protected perfectly. They paid close attention to be careful with the walls and large pieces of furniture. Not a single scuff on the walls, and we have narrow hallways. I am very glad with the service and professionalism. Everything was on time and done in a timely manner. Would recommend!
Ruslan and Kosta are awesome. Thank you both so much for helping move my whole apartment in just a few short hours and at the end of the day. Could not have done it without them!
Lostya, Elija and Jura did a great job and were efficient, and they also re-assembled a bed and cabinet.
Elija and Vadim helped me out so much!! They got the job done so fast and so efficiently. I would use this company again in a heartbeat, the lady who helped me booked this job was very sweet and professional as well. I couldn't have asked for better movers!!
