We used Adept Movers to load our large one bedroom apartment onto a 15' U-Haul in Los Angeles. They were fantastic! On time and totally professional, they expertly loaded the truck which was barely big enough for all of our stuff. We did all the packing, but they did some extra wrapping for us to make sure our things were not damaged. Dmitri and a guy called Superman did the job, and we could not be happier with their work. They did not need a lot of oversight or to be told how to load everything. Once I saw how good they are, I was free to finish some last minute things and trusted them to do a good job. Thanks guys!

I've never hired movers before and I'm so glad I did! These guys showed up and did everything in an incredibly polite and efficient manner. Moved my whole place in just over two hours for a really good rate. I kept waiting for something to go wrong or for there to be some kind of surprise fee at the end. Nope! All good!! I will recommend them to everyone from now on.
Adept movers are friendly, professional, experienced, hard working and they do their work efficiently to get the job done. This is the second time I have used Adept and I highly recommend them. You cannot beat the price for a company that's insured, who is transparent with their pricing and great with communication. The second time I hired Adept was a move down to San Diego and I was worried about the double drive time. Adept beat me there on the drive down and were already unloading into my storage unit. Fantastic! Vitali, Sergei, & Oleg were BEASTS! got everything into my storage unit and headed back to LA! Also we arranged for 2 guys to come the day before and prep & wrap the larger furniture, disassemble appliances, couches and beds. This saved us so much time on move day. What a stress reliever! Adept is great. HIRE THEM.
I had such a great impression of this company when I moved 3 years ago that I made it a point to use the same company again. And they did not disappoint ONE BIT! Even though they were a different group of guys this time, they conducted themselves on the same professional and friendly manner. Up front with all charges: they laid out their rates per hour, cash vs credit use, gas, packing materials included or not included, anticipated charges (like double mileage for Miles travels when outside of a certain distance from one building to the next or something, etc. Efficient: they moved relentlessly. I almost felt bad for having so much crap. Even my neighbor was impressed and asked for their name! Professional and friendly: as a woman who has to fight fo all the details sometimes, I feel as if it was a straight shot with moving... so smooth. And the staff were always friendly, polite, and considerate.I'm big on personal service. I believe in companies that truly want to provide the best service for their customers. And I feel that this company is one that embodies that value.
