Sasha, Charlie, and another Sasha, wrapped all my furniture like conductors of a symphony! I've moved many times but these guys are the best! I had seen them moving another tenant out of my old building and noted their name as I got quotes for my move. From my first communication requesting a quote, making a reservation, to a confirmation text, the professionalism shone through. Arrival was prompt, the 3 men worked fast. They nearly stacked every box, padded and wrapped every piece of furniture with heavy blankets and shrink wrap. If you provide your own shrink wrap or tape, they will use yours instead of charging to use their own...

We selected Adept Moving based on the 5-star online reviews, and the fairness of their pricing. Booking the reservation in advance by phone was easy. The rep was very friendly and helpful. She asked about how many, and what kind of, items we needed to be moved, and explained how the process worked, which included notifications by text, and email confirmations. The move was assigned to 2 men, both named Dimitri! They were on-time, friendly, experienced, smart, and very resourceful in the way they organized items in their large van. They made the move much less stressful and overwhelming than it might have otherwise been, from start to finish! What an awesome experience!!! This was my first time ever doing a big move and I was very nervous for how it was going to go but WOW, Alex and Elijah knocked it out of the park. They were so quick, efficient, careful, and personable! Nothing went wrong and even if there was something tricky, they figured it out. Make sure to buy your own disposable materials if you move - packing tape, masking tape, and shrink wrap. That stuff adds up quick and you can buy it all on Amazon for a third of the price.
