Their staff were very polite and patient in explaining their charging rate/fees and process. I ended up opting to move my very few belongings myself, but Lena (Lina?) was very kind. Especially since it's my first time contacting a moving company.If I ever have a bigger move I'll reach out to Adept again. :)
