We had Aidar and Sergei for three hours. They were polite, helpful, and careful. We had already moved our fragile items, so they were moving our furniture and boxesWe read the reviews on here, so we made sure to shrink-wrap most of our stuff to avoid extra charges. They ended up wrapping some of our things (mattress, box spring) but didn't charge us for materials. Some of our low-quality furniture broke because we didn't wrap it well, and they offered to glue it back. I think they worked at a reasonable speed, and the move took 3 hours and 10 minutes, but they just charged for three hours. I know some companies would charge for the entire 4th hour. Make sure to pay in cash to get the lower hourly rate.
