During my research of looking for an across country moving company this one had the best reviews. Of course I was still nervous as I have heard horrible stories but from day one Adept Moving & Storage was amazing. My main point of contact was a guy named Andrey, he came out to the apartment to give a time frame and was very accurate with timing. We were moving about 50 boxes plus a bed and two desks etc... When Andrey and his helper showed up I was so stressed because I needed to still pack some things before they loaded up the truck. When they came inside they immediately started packing the last 5 boxes for me. All I had to do now was sit back and relax.the way they wrapped it was as if it was there own. They took such good care of all of our things it put me at great ease.in addition they did not kill time at all which was very important to me from beginning! DURING THE MOVE: after they loaded up all our stuff they gave us the drivers number so we could call them at any point. The driver also called us during that time to give us updates too. AFTER THE MOVE: they've unloaded all our stuff and as I'm opening the boxes nothing is broken! I had wine glasses packed and dishes, still nothing was broken. I would totally recommend this company to anyone, they were great. All I can tell about them is that they are reliable, fast and professional, Andrey is very honest/polite man and I save his company name for future move. Thank you guys you guys made it so easy for me to move.
