Adept booked my move super fast (I needed next day moving!) and the customer service was polite and helpful. The 2 mover guys (Max & Alex) showed up on time (in fact they arrived at the pickup location before I did! I was only 4 minutes late past our agreed pickup time lol). They worked fast loading and unloading/assembling my new apartment for me. Total time was 4 hours; however the drive alone from pickup to deliver was about an hour drive.
