I had a misunderstanding initially when I called. However, they called me back and were apologetic and really wanted my business. I decided to give them a try. Wow! They are very good movers!! Like everyone in LA, I have moved a lot due to rents going up, job relocation, etc. and I have had some bad experiences. Thankfully, this was a very good experience! I needed to move some antique furniture into storage, plus a few more pieces. I needed a truck with a lift gate, not a ramp. They were able to accommodate me at short notice. The truck arrived on time. It was exactly the right length for my driveway. There were 3 men: Dima, Max, and Slavik. They were excellent!!!These guys worked well as a team and were very professional. They brought tape, blankets, and plastic wrap. They used the blankets I provided to shrink wrap them around delicate furniture, and packed them in right order on to truck. They lifted my antique piece carefully onto the lift gate and into the truck. I was impressed with the care taken.The pieces were wrapped so well you could bounce them on the ground. When all done, we headed out to storage, and unloaded, and they rearranged stuff to make it all fit with room to spare. Move was super quick.Dima was leading the group, such a nice person! Slavik was very strong!! Max and Slavik lifted the heavy stuff with Dima as a third. Very nice team work. On time, on budget, and fun to work with. I gave them a good tip each. It was an easy move but they had their act together and I really appreciated that! I hope to have them again. We all got along well.I have two other moves coming up: move rest of my stuff to storage, and then move storage to another city. I will be using them hopefully for both. I strongly recommend them. Good people, fair rates, on time, cheerful, strong, ethical. A big thank you to my team and to the company! Much appreciated!!
