End to end it was a great experience. Very easy to book and confirm. Day of moving went very smoothly. Vitya and Vitalik took great care in getting my items out of my old apartment and into my new place with no damage, even with a tricky couch situation. Very professional, polite and efficient. Would recommend as it is also reasonably priced and they were upfront about all additional costs above hourly rate.
Ilia, Otto, and Vitalie were professional and quick while being mindful of our belongings! I would highly recommend this moving company!
These guy were good from start to finish, they were very accommodating given a short notice. I only used them for labor but in the future I would use them to pack the truck since I didn't do such a great job on that. In the end Ilia and Rustam came through with time to spare so they're sitting in my new living room and building my furniture as I write this review. Good job guys!
well......i have to say i am a really picky person! but this guys just did great. I believe Glen and Vlad helped me to move from Burbank to Glendale, Very polite, accurate, hard working and nice guys with great attitude and respect towards me and my "stuff":))) the only thing i would love them to improve is the quote providing/ answering manner of some agents ( my first call was answered my a guy who was very lazy to explain the details and really was getting nervous from my questions), but second time i called i believe his name was Mike and he was a great help. Thank you guys overall great experience !
Great moving service at an awesome price!! We recently moved and we got the 2 movers - Vlad and Livan to help us move. They were both very nice and moved our housewares very diligently.. I highly recommend this company.

Moved yesterday using Adept Moving Company from Los Angeles to Long Beach. They were great. Competitive pricing (although overall a bit more than I wanted to spend to move), easy booking, friendly and professional staff. Up front about all costs (including the RIDICULOUS 'double time' drive time rates (a California state law apparently) and costs for supplies such as shrink wrap to wrap the furniture and mattress in) and made my move a lot easier than expected. Good moving company, costs just add up very quickly. I purchased the yelp deal (to save a whopping $15) and booked right away for my move (happening less than a week away). They texted me the day before to confirm my move, and I was all set. I had two men (Dmitriy and Sergey) help me move and they were great. They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently and took great care of my belongings. Very friendly and hard working. Good attention to detail and very accurate about timing (they literally charge by the exact time, not rounding up) and additional fees. They even went the extra mile and switched the way my fridge door opened for me once I got to the new place. Great guys! Overall, Adept was well worth the money. The guys did all the heavy lifting, made me feel comfortable and cared for, and took it a step further to ensure I was happy. Great job boys! Only down side is the costs add up quickly and they will badger you to write a positive yelp review (don't get me wrong, ask once in person and its all good, even twice and its fine, but text me the next day too, like geez, I got it, I just moved, give me a second to breathe and I'll write you one). Besides that, still 5 star service and great team of guys. I would recommend them to anyone in LA not moving too far.
These guys were great. They actually improved one of the pieces of furniture they took apart and put back together for the move. They didn't linger too much and the final price was reasonable. No damaged furniture or nicked walls. Foreman Dmitry was helpful.
My first professional movers experience and a great one. I totally vouch for Adept. Nothing flowery to share - straight facts of my experience below:I spoke with Daniel on the phone who gave the most clear and helpful quote of any place I quoted and Max and Arthur who moved us were so professional and awesome.We were given the window of 8-9am and they were there by 8:01am! They moved a two-bedroom apartment (which included two adults as well as a toddler and baby) as well as a small storage unit (boxes only - inventory from a small business) from Los Angeles to San Diego to a three bedroom house with a garage. With drive time (which by law all moving companies have to double), it was about $650. To me, that was a great deal. Some reviewers say you get what you pay for which normally I vouch for - you don't want to skimp on moving costs then have to replace broken or dinged things or deal with a headache of fighting for missing boxes - but honestly, Adept was the cheapest quote I got out of all the 4 and 5-start Yelp reviews that I followed up on!I have a three year old and one year old and they were at the house at move-in (not move out) and the guys were really patient and careful with them. Obviously I was trying to keep them out of the movers way, but they were squirrely after a long day and the movers were taking their time to make sure they were being safe around them. Our movers even removed a ceiling light sconce thing to ensure they didn't hit it when bringing in our couch.They were quite quiet. One spoke English and the other had a slightly greater language barrier, but there isn't much talking needed so it was totally fine by me. I labeled each box with the room and then taped signs up in each room ("Dining Room," "Kids Room #1," etc) for them to follow. I also marked many boxes "This side up" or "Fragile" and all were handled as such.Based on other reviews online, we purchased our own extra tape, bubble wrap and shrink wrap from Staples and had them use our materials (which they will do) instead of paying for theirs which I understand has a mark-up (not sure how much). It worked perfectly! We saved the extra for the next move and some unopened items were simply returned. Easy!Basically: they did everything they said they would, they broke nothing, they lost nothing and they came in under what we had budgeted.
