A no brainer! I would recommend these guys to anyone! This day & age cost is important, but so is customer service- and they nailed it. Adept displayed excellent customer service from day 1. They took great care of my furniture and even my very delicate items that had to have been a pain! Adept took care of everything so I didn't have to. Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about getting ripped off or receiving my valuables broken in a box. Thank you, Adept!! 5 stars!
Best move I've ever had. Worth every penny (which wasn't all that much). Stop losing an entire weekend to moving and stop making your friends hate you when you ask them to help. These guys were like soldiers and we were completely moved in in less than 3 hours. Ilia, Ivan, and Rustan crushed it for us. We'll def hire them again.
I've had to move two family members in the last three months. The second time I used Adept. I booked a two-man crew and they were on time, courteous and they hustled. The price quoted was the price charged -- no B.S. (And a very good price at that.) I wish I had used them previously and I'll certainly use them in the future.
Wow these guys are the best. We needed some movers last minute so i gave them a call. Even with such short notice, they were able come the next day and move all of our stuff. We had a couple of guys named Max and Sasha and they blew us away because they were fast and efficient. They dont play around. They come to get the job done, and they are also very nice, courteous and they show great care in your belongings. They also got the best price around. They only charge 59 per hour for 2 guys.
They did a great job with my furniture, put my bed together too. The best part was that they came on short notice. And had a small travel fee compared to other companies.
This is the second time I used Adept Movers and they are fantastic. Ilia, Ivan and Rustam arrived early and started promptly. They were courteous and very professional. Even setting up the move was very easy and everyone I encountered from the company was polite. Moving is difficult enough, but these guys made the entire process a lot easier for me. I would definitely recommend Adept Movers to anyone and will probably use them for my next move.
Adept made my move very easy and was the cheapest I found for the area (from silverlake to hermosa). I typically book a uhaul and movers through moving help's website, but I will never do that again with the pure convenience of a service like Adept. It took three hours total to move my studio apt, which included a 20 mile drive in LA traffic. Max was the head mover and he was wonderful. Both were pretty quiet, fast and efficient. It cost exactly what I expected it to. The best part is that they really took care of my belongings, did a great job transferring with no damage and helped disassemble/reassemble some of my bigger things (tv, bed, couch). Hoping to not have to move anytime soon, but would definitely use them again! :)
This moving company is the best! The office number I called was very helpful in arranging my move, he even kept me updated when the truck was en route. We had Ilia, Ivan, & Rustam as our movers and they really impressed and exceeded our expectations!! They were so professional, efficient, and very fairly priced, they actually made moving an enjoyable experience. I would recommend them without question.
Outstanding service! I called quite a number of movers and was a bit apprehensive about what exactly their rates covered. After reading the reviews here, I decided to give Adept a call. They were amazing. Arrived on time, worked fast but carefully. Then upon arriving at my new location again were very efficient. I will definitely use them for any future moves and have already recommended them to friends & family.
