I give this company the highest recommendation. Very professional and knowledgeable. Alex and his crew showed early and took complete control of the situation. They sized up what was needed and started wrapping all the furniture to be moved and loaded and unloaded with the utmost care. They worked hard non-stop until the job was done. Alex even made a trip to our house on his own time to bring an item we had left in the truck. They worked around every obstacle with a can-do attitude and were courteous and helpful.
Anatoliy and Dimitry were awesome! Moved everything safely and without damage- and even put my bed back together, put my tv up and fixed 2 of my shelves super quick!! 10/10, I will be using them next time. Thank you!
Vitya and Vitalik just helped my brother and I move and not only were they efficient and careful with all of our belongings, but they were also really sweet people. Can't believe that they have the best rates in town either! You can't go wrong with these guys!
What a fantastic moving experience! Dimitry, Anatoly and Vadim were FAST, polite, careful (not a dent or a ding) and not a word of complaint about my huge furniture and my move to the 6th floor! I would recommend them to anyone and have no doubt who I will call again when I move, which I hope is never!
This company was great from booking to completion. They came introduced themselves and immediately got to work. Andrey, Ilya, and donatos were efficient and very flexible. We're are a family of 4 with 2 small children and they were patient and never showed any frustration with the kids running around or me changing my mind for what furniture went to what room. They had to load large furniture from downstairs garage to upstairs balcony (townhouse) and did so quickly and effectively without damage or even making me uncomfortable :) I would recommend them for sure! And if we do another in-town move we will ABSOLUTELY be calling them again. Having them definitely reduced the inevitable stress of moving!
I have never used a moving company before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Adept Moving Company was great! They were extremely nice and did a great job moving me, even putting my bed back together! Vitya and Vitalik really made my moving experience great, I'll definitely be using this company next time I move!
We used Adept Moving Company for our move from Orange County to LA. The movers, Dmitriy and Vlad were right on time and were super helpful. They were both very courteous and helped us with anything we needed. They wrapped all our furniture up really nicely so nothing was scratched or broken. They had to move us from an apartment on the third floor to a place on the second floor, and we weren't charged extra for the stairs or anything. I would strongly recommend Adept Movers.
Just moved across town with a ton of stuff. Dimitry & Anatoly worked super fast and were really thorough, loading all our boxes, wrapping our furniture, and moving everything safely onto the truck. They made moving as painless as it could possibly be, and treated all of our stuff as if it was their own! Definitely recommend these two. To assuage any fears of people like me: I was initially worried by some of the one and two star reviews that mentioned the five star reviews being fake or paid for. I was hesitant to trust that the high reviews were real, but I went ahead and booked anyway. When the move was finished, I was asked to leave an honest review. There was zero pressure to make it a good review, and there was no offer of a discount for a review. I now have full faith that the rest of these five star reviews are people who are as happy as I was! In short, the rate is great, the value is awesome for the speed and efficiency these guys provide, and I highly recommend them. In fact, I only moved to a temporary unit and have to move again later this week, and I am definitely going to use Adept for that. Hopefully I get dimitry & Anatoly again as well!
Used Adept for a same-city move. Andrey, Ilya & Donatas arrived promptly at 8am. They were genuinely courteous and polite. Andrey disassembled and wrapped my belongings while Ilya & Donatas got to work loading the truck. I quickly realized that I had more stuff the I had previously estimated but the guys happened to have supplies on hand. The free wardrobes came in handy because I didn't have to take clothes off the hangers. The guys were so fast and efficient that they were loading faster than I could direct lol. They were all very helpful and did a great job! The truck was well loaded and I was happy with the way they secured my things. On the delivery end, everything went smoothly and the guys were helpful in reassembling my furniture. I would definitely recommend Andrey, Ilya and Donatas!
