Oh boy! Had to move - had to find movers! I looked everywhere, asked friends and called for references. I was recommended to consider ADEPT Moving by a satisfied customer and right away I knew I was in the right hands. Eugene really helped me out in letting me know what my move date options were and he had a lot of patience with all my questions. I was afraid of of hidden charges so I tried to document everything. I'm sitting on my porch the day of my move writing this review. Audrey, Bel and Elias showed up on time and they worked their ass off. There was no wasted time. They wrapped everything and were very careful with everything. They unloaded really quickly and were very careful. Now... Drum roll. The total amount was exactly what Eugene told me. Wow! I feel like I won the lottery. These guys are super trustworthy and hardworking. I will recommend them to friends. - Merritt
At last -- I finally had a good experience with a moving company! I was stood up by another crew, and left in the lurch - Adept Moving had a crew there within an hour, they moved me in an hour and a half, and they were professional, calm, and -- adept! Max and Aziz were the greatest! They told me to sit down and relax, and let them handle everything, and they did! It was totally worth it, and they billed me for exactly what we had agreed upon -- not one penny more! It pays to hire good people. Moving is stressful, but the right mover can make it much less so. Daniel and Dennis helped me move today. I requested that people come earlier because my schedule was more flexible. They came quickly. They set up my bed which was great because last time I moved I set up the frame myself and I messed it up. They did it way better than I ever could. Overall if I move again I would use them.My one concern is that they made me fill out a yelp review and give them 5 stars before they would let me use my yelp certificate that I had already purchased, which is messed up because they should let me use the certificate if I give them one star or 5. The stupidest part is that I would have given them a 4 or a 5 stars anyway.Also I didn't feel like I could write this with them hovering over my shoulder, but one of the guys lost the keys to the apartment I was moving out from and they were electronic keys so to replace them would have been about $150. Luckily the guy found them so it didn't become an issue of whether the company would have to pay or if I would have to.
Adept was our top choice to move from a downtown LA loft to a Pasadena home. There were two pickup locations, making the job especially challenging but Andrey, Elias, and Bek tackled our requests without hesitation. They were so positive in the midst of a stressful move. They moved swiftly while also taking a lot of care with each piece of our valuable furniture. Thank you Andrey, Elia, and Bek!
These guys are great. I spoke to Max on the phone and he was super friendly and helpful. I called over 10 companies and Adept had the best price and the best customer service. The guys (led by Andrew) were fast and efficient- the way you want your move to be! Will definitely use these guys next time I move.
This was the first time that I have used a moving company and I was so glad that I did. Tim and Luis came to move me today from a studio into a one-bedroom apartment close by. This would have been a significant amount of work on my own and I appreciated all of their help. I had an afternoon appointment, so it was their 3rd move of the day, but they continued to work diligently until the job was complete late into the evening. They made sure that my furniture was carefully wrapped and carried into and out of the building. They helped to organize some of my haphazard and smaller items into larger boxes that made everything easy to transport. They were kind and polite throughout the move and easy to work with. I would happily use them for my next move.
Omar and Michael moved me and they went above and beyond to help me out!! They put together my bed and made sure all the furniture fit! I'm 100% satisfied with my choice.
Had to move from reseda with 4 bedroom house, guys showed up on time and had to make two trips back, very considerate and careful.... Highly recommend them!!!!
Andrew, Sasha, and serge did a great job with our move today. They came on time and acted quickly. Their attention to detail was much appreciated and all our belongings made it safely and without damage. This was my first time with professional movers and I was not disappointed. It's worth the cost.
