These movers are awesome! We had so much stuff to move we really didn't think it would fit in our new house and that it would take forever to move! We also had stairs at both locations, and had difficult street parking. So, it was a challenge indeed! We also had several pieces that had to be taken apart and were huge and challenging to move. The movers Max, John, and Dennis were absolutely fantastic -- they arrived early and finished the move in half a day and were careful with everything as well as fast! I will definitely use this company again -- and would give it my best recommendation!
I did a lot of research before hiring movers. Adept Moving stood out to me because of their low price. At first, I was wary, but the movers were awesome, and the company is legitimate. Adept sent Andrew, Samir, and Luis to help me move our 3 bedroom townhouse from our storage site and our parents' house (2 locations) to our 3 bedroom, 3 story new town home. They were fast, efficient, strong, and patient. They did not damage a thing. When I tried to help, they insisted on doing the work themselves. They were polite and very organized. I was very impressed by the quality of their work. When I move, I will definitely hire Adept again and I hope they send the same movers.
These guys did a great job! They were courteous, on time, and handled our stuff with great care. we had a challenging job moving our stuff from two different apartments into our new place, but the guys managed to do it without any problems, and parking on a very steep hill as well. All of our stuff arrived intact with nothing being broken, and we were very satisfied. All this on a very hot day! Thank you, adept!
These guys moved me in today. Really efficient and worked well. They packed up all my stuff in a couple hours and moved us to the new place without any damage. Andrew, Sasha and Sergei moved us today in under 4 hours for a 2 bedroom from west hollywood to the palisades. I would recommend them again for sure!
Could not be happier with these guys. They were extremely polite, professional, and courteous. I was running late and they were very polite in telling me to take my time and just circled around Union station waiting for me. Guys were easy to talk to and honest. I would definitely have them move for me again.
Had a great moving experience with Adept moving. Booked an appointment with Alex and had movers Max and Michael. The two man team worked quickly and efficiently. Moved me from the SGV to the Westside. The move was done in less than 2 hours, awesome!!! They were careful with my items and didn't complain one bit despite the hot weather.Definitely recommend and will use again for my next move. If you're looking for helpers for your next move, use these guys!!
OMG these guys are great. I just moved from a 3 bedroom in West Hollywood to a 4 bedroom in Los Feliz and it would have been practically impossible without the help of a great moving company. Max, Michael, and Eugene were able to literally move everything in the house (including a small storage unit) and were also helpful in bringing everything into the new house (which has 3 stories, and I couldn't say thank you enough for them having to go up and down those flights of stairs!!!!Adept moving company was recommended to me by a friend who had used them before. They were great. They brought wrapping, boxes, blankets and a truck! I've rented a Uhaul before, and between paying for the supplies, truck (and driving around trying not to hit anything) this was well worth it!!!!Can't recommend these guys enough. Called their office to schedule, they showed up right on time and got right to work!Thanks again guys!!!! I really appreciate all the hard work you got done today!
If you're on a tight schedule and need an exact appointment time, register for the earliest morning slot instead of after because that can mean 3 or 6pm. I was upset about this and communicated this to Alex, the manager, and he was very pleasant and understanding in finding a solution. Adept does stand behind the quality of their service, and that's an important thing because things will never go exactly as planned. Andrey and Samir had finished a big job before coming to us, they were a bit tired but still nice and courteous. Another piece of advice: if you have stairs/a difficult move with lots of heavy boxes (I have many book boxes), you should spring for 3 movers instead. My place was small, so I didn't think I could fit more than 2 movers inside, but during a move, an extra set of hands could really cut down on the time, and won't break the back of your movers (especially if they had other jobs before). Overall I was happy with how the office handles communication and the quality of the move. Nothing is broken!
The crew that came was awesome! Max and Alex are great! They came early, very polite, very nice, and they just started working! I will recommend Adept to everyone and make sure you get Max and Alex!
