Did a move back in October from North Hollywood to DTLA, and this was my first time hiring movers. The customer service was great, from the people I spoke with over the phone, to the actual movers themselves -- Sasha and Alex. They were great, took care with my items, explained the process when necessary, and followed all the instructions from the new apartment building on where to unload. I had a great experience with Adept and would use them again if I am moving inside of the LA area!

I have used Adept several times now, and there's a reason I keep coming back. The team is careful with my things, they hustle, and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of even though they are hourly. The rates are reasonable. Viktor and Yura were awesome! They moved my one bedroom apartment from a second floor to storage, and their furniture version of Tetris getting everything to fit was impressive.
Elijah and his partner were awesome. They arrived early, which was such a pleasant surprise, and were very quick with filling up their truck. They packaged all our stuff very carefully and helped the move be as stress-free as possible. Everything got here in one piece and very efficiently. Thanks guys. Would book them again!

Great! Excellent! Exactly as promised! I can't say enough good things about Adept Moving. Sasha and Misha were the movers that we were lucky enough to have help with moving items from our storage unit to our home. Sasha called me before arrival to make sure I had an accurate time to meet them at the storage facility. And when we got to my storage unit, they wasted no time. Both Sasha and Misha jumped right in. These gentlemen were fast, friendly and took such care with moving my mother's priceless antique furniture. The quote I was given by Denis was spot on as well. No extra fees or upcharges. Denis, by the way, was the reason we went with Adept. There was another option we were considering when we got a call from Denis asking if we had decided on our move. Because our move required some special needs, I didn't think Adept could do it. Boy was I wrong. Denis, Sasha, and Misha went out of their way to help with our unusual situation and got the job done. I was so impressed with their willingness to help as well as their follow-up during the holidays! Superior service from really nice people. I highly recommend them and will definitely book Adept again in the future.
