I've moved 6 times in last 10 years and I have to say... I'm never doing it again without Adept Moving! Sasha, Roma, and Charlie were simply the best. Every part of the process was done in the highest quality, customer service, and in a speed that balanced caution with progress. There isn't a scratch on a wall or broken item. They double and triple checked each day to see if things had gone to wrong rooms (2 story, 2600 sq ft house and our labeling was sometimes vague/incomplete). I just can't say enough about my experience, so I'll end here with - if you're moving, you need Adept Movers! Trust me, you won't regret it, you'll just end up leaving an amazing review like I am!!!

Sasha, Charlie, and another Sasha, wrapped all my furniture like conductors of a symphony! I've moved many times but these guys are the best! I had seen them moving another tenant out of my old building and noted their name as I got quotes for my move. From my first communication requesting a quote, making a reservation, to a confirmation text, the professionalism shone through. Arrival was prompt, the 3 men worked fast. They nearly stacked every box, padded and wrapped every piece of furniture with heavy blankets and shrink wrap. We selected Adept Moving based on the 5-star online reviews, and the fairness of their pricing. Booking the reservation in advance by phone was easy. The rep was very friendly and helpful. She asked about how many, and what kind of, items we needed to be moved, and explained how the process worked, which included notifications by text, and email confirmations. The move was assigned to 2 men, both named Dimitri! They were on-time, friendly, experienced, smart, and very resourceful in the way they organized items in their large van. They made the move much less stressful and overwhelming than it might have otherwise been, from start to finish!
