Adept Moving moved a client from a single-story house to a garden apartment complex on Hartsook Street, both in Valley Village. The walkway was tree-lined with a lot of palms along the way; there was a manicured lawn, and a white picket fence really stood out.
It was a three-mover job, so Ivan and Maxim were with me from the beginning.

Valley Village Single-Story House Pickup
The client said that they would like to arrange the move in the morning. We picked the 26-foot box truck specifically for the order. It was the best choice for our upcoming move, considering what the load was and where it was moving. The client also told us that we could legally park at the curb.
We arranged in the morning and parked legally at the confirmed place, at the curb near the pickup point. Our crew set out the cones from the start and put the ramp down.
I took the hall next, where the client pointed out a 50-inch QLED TV. The client wanted to move it in its original carton. Ivan assisted me with wrapping it in the moving blanket and carrying it out to the truck. The TV was stacked against the truck wall and rode on its edge the entire time, separate from other items.
Ivan came back and wheeled out approximately ten clothing wardrobe cartons on a moving dolly. Maxim helped me pack hanging clothes in the wardrobe cartons. Then we moved them out and stacked them in the corner of the truck.
I came to the bedroom and brought out two nightstands. Then Ivan assisted me with carrying out a stack of kitchen boxes; everything was moved on a moving dolly. We also brought out reusable green plastic crates, two or three at a time, and loaded them into the truck. The client had already packed them before we arrived at the pickup.
The client showed Maxim where the bicycle was located; it was small and was a perfect match for our truck. Maxim wrapped it in the moving blanket, and it rode all the way down to the drop-off separately from other boxes.
Then we did a quick walkthrough of the house to confirm that everything was loaded. We pulled back the cones and drove away only after the confirmation.
Hartsook Street Drop-off
The drop-off was a one-story garden apartment complex on a quiet residential Hartsook Street. The client confirmed that we could legally park at the curb right at the drop-off. There weren't stairs; it was a plain curb-to-the-door move, and we moved everything on a moving dolly from the truck to the apartment.
Maxim helped me carry a 50-inch QLED TV right where the client pointed, in the corner of the hall, wrapped in the original carton. Ivan and Maxim also carried in two nightstands and ten clothing wardrobe boxes on their go-around.
The client opened up a garage specifically for the bicycle and a set of reusable green plastic crates. We moved them into the spacious garage and stored them in the appropriate place. A stack of kitchen boxes came last and was moved by hand right to the kitchen.
The client confirmed that everything was unloaded and sorted out just how they wanted. They were happy with the provided service.
