From Apartment Complex to a Ranch House with Adept Moving

Point A: Corbin Avenue, Northridge, LA
An apartment complex like the one we served usually requires coordinating with management about where the truck can park, reserving an elevator, and allowed move-in hours. The client did everything before our arrival.
The apartment was on the second floor. The client showed us the place and told us to start with the toughest, the sofa. We placed the floor runners to protect the floors and began to take the sofa apart. We wrapped each section of the sofa in our moving blankets, loaded them onto a dolly, and brought them down in the elevator one at a time.
Blanket-wrapped armchairs went on the dolly as well and were loaded onto the truck. After the armchairs, we dealt with the treadmill. It was heavy, but with a dolly and an elevator, we brought it outside. Next, Charlie took the 50-inch TV. Our client had already packed it in its original box. I helped Charlie carry the TV to make sure it stayed safe. We were done with the living room.
In the bedroom, we took the bed frame apart and covered each section with our moving blankets and stretch wrap, billed separately. We stretch-wrapped the mattress as well, and took both the bed and the mattress to the truck.
I was loading blanket-wrapped floating shelves when Charlie came with the first wardrobe carton. The client had already packed all the clothes, so all we had to do was carry the cartons to the truck.
In the kitchen, Charlie wrapped an unplugged coffee machine with bubble wrap, which the client paid for separately, while I covered the shoe rack by the front door with our moving blanket. We loaded both on a dolly and moved outside. All the items were loaded, and we went to the next stop.
Point B: Gledhill Street, Northridge, LA
And the next stop was a single-story mid-century ranch house on Gledhill Street. The parking was quite easy. We parked our truck legally along the curb in front of the house, leaving the driveway clear.
Charlie took the shoe rack while I carried the coffee machine. He left the shoe rack in the foyer while I took the coffee machine to the kitchen, took off the wrap, and placed it on the kitchen countertop.
The client asked me to bring the wardrobe cartons to the bedroom, where he sorted all the clothes. Charlie came to the living room with the floating shelves. The client asked us to leave them wrapped, since he hadn't decided yet whether to hang them back up.
We both went for the mattress, then for the pieces of the bed frame. In the bedroom, we reassembled the frame and placed the mattress on top. After that, Charlie brought the box with the TV to the bedroom and left it on the floor.
It was time to deal with the treadmill. The dolly helped us. We placed it in the bedroom.
We rolled both armchairs to the living room. We unwrapped them and headed back for the sofa sections. In the living room, we assembled the sofa and arranged it neatly alongside the armchairs. Everything looked nice, and the client was satisfied.
