Booking that window, clearing the gate, and handling the COI requirement is your job, since only you can deal with your own HOA. Once it's set, give us the window and we'll build the whole move around it so the crew's in and out without any holdups at the gate.

Yes. Sand Canyon and the east side of Canyon Country have plenty of long, steep, or narrow driveways where a full-size truck can't reach the door. That's exactly why we run an 18-foot box truck as our smallest option, it fits where a 26-foot won't. Tell us about the access when you call, the slope, the gate width, any low branches, how close we can park, and we'll bring the right truck and plan the carry so your stuff isn't dragged farther than it needs to be.

We don't book same-day moves. Doing a Santa Clarita move right means lining up the crew, sizing the truck to your access, and planning around freeway traffic and any HOA move-in windows or street permits, and that takes a little lead time. The earlier you call, the better your pick of dates, especially in summer when the SCV school calendars push everyone to move at once and weekends book up fast. We bring boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, and wardrobe cartons, and we'll wrap your furniture and lay runners to protect your floors as we go.
